Both products contain the same 9 essential vitamins, but with dosages adapted to each age. Adult is for adults (2 gummies/day), Kids has reduced doses for children from 4 years old (1 gummy/day).

How do you take AMANA · Daily Kids?
1 gummy per day for children from 4 years old. An adult should supervise. The container holds 60 gummies, enough for two months.
